New Part-Time Admin Position
15 hours/week, flexible time
The Christian School Foundation is a dynamic, growing organization based in Hamilton, ON. If you are looking to gain experience that will fit around your schedule, and that will pop out on your resume, then we may be looking for you. We need a motivated student to become our Administration Student, for 15 hours a week during the school year. You will be trained on Raiser’s Edge, the not-for-profit industry’s gold standard software platform, and gain experience in the successful operation of an evolving office setting. Tasks to include:
Filing new documents and reorganizing existing documents;
Entering Data into Raiser’s Edge
Preparing Raiser’s Edge Reports for Donor Communication (Thank you cards etc.);
Preparing monthly reports for schools to accompany direct deposits gifts;
Assisting with mailings and tax receipts;
Preparing thank you cards and other donor communications;
Assisting with some event planning;
Assisting with other special projects.
